Fun and Easy Valentine’s Craft with Foil
What you will need for this easy Valentine’s Craft:
- Our homemade paint (scroll down for recipe)
- Mix as many colors of paint as you wish to use
- Cut tinfoil into heart shapes
Our homemade paint recipe that was used for this activity:
(Mix up this amount for each color you will be using.)
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp salt
- Liquid watercolor
- Dish detergent
Combine flour and salt in a small container.
Slowly add liquid watercolors until you get a thin paste.
Make sure to keep stirring until it is smooth.
Squirt a small amount of dish detergent into the mixture. (This helps keep the paint from flaking off the foil, although there still might be a bit of flaking depending on how it’s handled.)
