Inside: Our Toddler and Preschool Themes for 2023-2024
I get a lot of emails and messages asking what themes I will be using for my two’s class each year.
This page is dedicated to our toddler and preschool themes for 2023-2024.
When you click on each theme, it will take you to a resource page that is full of ideas you can pick and choose from. If it’s an activity I’ve shared before, I will link to it so you can get the details.
Please note that the activities I added are for a variety of levels. Therefore, some activities might be geared more for toddlers and some activities might be geared more for preschoolers. It’s important that you know your class and what will work for them!
Also, this is what I am doing, but there certainly are lots of other themes out there. In fact, if you want more ideas that what I am doing, please refer to this page: Toddler and Preschool Themes for the Entire Year.
If you’d like to see what we did last year (2022-2023), check out this page. Under each theme is a link to a video that shows not only how the classroom was set up, but also snippets of the children in the classroom.
Another thing to keep in mind that that I only teach two mornings a week for a total of 5 hours each week. Therefore, if you teach more days and hours than I do, you will need to add a lot more than what I am sharing.
In other words, this is not meant to be a set curriculum. I’m just giving options that you can add to what you already have.
Here’s a few more ways to see what we will be doing in our classroom during the school year:
FREE EMAILS
Each week or two I will be sharing links to my classroom videos as well as printables we are using. You can sign up to get on the list here.
YOU TUBE
As I did in 2022-2023, I will document what we are doing with each theme in my classroom. Follow me here and hit the subscribe button!
I will once again try to create a reel showing the set-up of each theme. Also, I will share a message most mornings in my Instagram stories as well as peeks into my classroom while the children are interacting in materials. You can follow me in Instagram here and then check my stories regularly!
