Inside: Toddler and Preschool Gingerbread Man Theme Ideas – Activities, Songs, Printables, and More! After our Thanksgiving break, which is a week long, we start our Christmas theme with a week of gingerbread man activities. I love The Gingerbread Man stories, and there are so many different versions! Since this theme is only a week long, it will have less activities than our usual themes. Please note that we will not be doing all of these activities. I will pick and choose which activities I feel my 2 and 3 year olds are ready for, and some of these will be done by the 3 and 4 year olds and the pre-k class in our preschool.
