Circle Time
- Flower Counting/Matching – Make enough so that the teacher has a set and the children each have a number. They can then match their flowers to the set that is on the magnetic board/flannel board/floor. (From our Rainbow Packet)
- Match Tulips by Color – Make enough so that the teacher has a set and the children each have a colored tulip. They can then match their flowers to the set that is on the magnetic board/flannel board/floor. (From our Spring Circle Time Props Packet)
- Spring Flower Circle Time Props – This free set comes with plain and numbered flowers that are a variety of colors. Tape to popsicle sticks as hand-held props, or stick a magnetic piece on back of each flower to display on a cookie sheet.

Art Activities
- Stamping Flowers
Use flower-shaped cookie cutters, dipping them into paint and then onto paper.
- Flower Painting
Dip flowers into paint and then press onto paper.
- Watercolors and Flowers
This is a two step process. First, paint the paper with watercolors. Then, glue foam flowers on top.
Easel
- Painting With Flowers
I took stems of artificial flowers and placed them at the easel along with a tray of paint and paper. The children can dip the flowers into the paint and press them onto the paper.
