Circle Time

• Dinosaur Circle Time Props

Make your own dinosaur stick puppets that the children can hold while reading dinosaur books and singing dinosaur songs!

Included in this set are dinosaur eggs that can be used for a circle time color recognition activity, too.

Ten Little Dinosaurs

• Ten Little Dinosaurs Props

Use these while reading the book Ten Little Dinosaurs, and also as props while singing dinosaur songs.

These can also be used on a tray as a table activity during centers time.

Art Activities

• Paper Tube Stamped Dinosaurs (Using This Dinosaur Template)

Cut paper tubes (empty toilet paper or paper towel tubes) so they are about three inches tall. Provide shallow containers of paint and invite the children to dip their tubes into the paint and stamp them onto their dinosaurs.

Mother’s Day Gift

We started this project last week and will finish them during these two weeks, just in time for Mother’s Day

Since Mother’s Day is around the corner, we will be making our flower magnets.

This was not related to the dinosaur theme, but something the children were interested in. However, once we had it set up, the children brought the dinosaurs over for a pizza party!
