Inside: Looking for shamrock activities? Toddlers and preschoolers will love these hands-on ideas that include art, math, and fine motor!

There are so many fun ways to add shamrocks to your St. Patrick’s Day activities!

Actually, more than I even realized until I started poking around Pinterest.

While so many of them can be adult-led crafts, I searched for shamrock ideas that can obviously be done by toddlers and preschoolers, with very little help.

In fact, I tried to look for as many process art and hands-on activities as I could.

The first 6 activities are my own, that my students have done in our classroom over the last few years. Some include free printable shamrocks, so make sure to click on the links and grab them!

The remaining shamrock St. Patrick’s Day activities are from talented blogging friends.

This is such a great idea. We do a lot of baking in our class but have never done it for birthdays, we may have to start! In our school they are allowed to bring something for birthdays if they choose but not all do so this would be a great way to celebrate everyone’s birthday with a special treat.
