Check These Printing Tips
“I subscribed but haven’t received the printable and welcome email.”
After you enter your e-mail to receive the free printable, check your inbox. It may take up to 10 minutes to receive this e-mail, and it will be coming from sheryl@teaching2and3yearolds.com. Make sure to check your spam folder, promotions folder, etc. Please add sheryl@teaching2and3yearolds.com to your address book/contacts so you won’t miss future freebies and activities!

Please add sheryl@teaching2and3yearolds.com to your address book/contacts, as some e-mail services have been known to block certain e-mails, mistaking them for spam. We do not recommend AOL, MSN, or Hotmail addresses for this reason. We also recommend not using your school e-mail address, as many school IT departments place firewalls and pop-up blockers on their internet systems, e-mail systems, and computers that block the e-mails with printables. You can try asking your school to whitelist sheryl@teaching2and3yearolds.com if you feel strongly about using your school address. Gmail seems to be the best solution (just make sure to check the spam and promotions folders if you are not finding e-mails from us).
“I’m having problems downloading and/or printing.”
Your printable will be delivered in your e-mail. When you open that e-mail, click on the button that says “CLICK HERE to download your printable”.
If you are using a school computer, please see above question (not receiving weekly newsletter).
If you are using a personal device, turn off any pop-up blockers. Check your computer’s downloads folder for the file.
Make sure you are opening the file with Adobe Reader. If you aren’t, you will have issues with the formatting and the font won’t be the same.
Make sure you have the most current version of Adobe Reader installed. Adobe frequently updates their software, so make sure you have their latest. Go get Adobe Reader and hit the download button.
Sometimes the browser is causing the problem. Try a different browser than the one you’re using (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.).
Try restarting your computer, as this will clear the memory cache.
If you are still having problems, make sure your printer is working properly.
